Meet Nick Siddle

My passion is helping people find how to significantly increase the profit in their business while working smarter, not harder. I get two sorts of buzz from this - helping salon owners or franchisees to be effective leaders and working with their teams to really raise their game, financially.

I have been training and coaching for 20 years. This started as a part time extra activity when I was working in the NHS. I found myself doing more and more until it took over all my time: for the last 12 years it has been my main focus.

I have worked for international agencies and alongside marketing and sales departments in large pharmaceutical companies and trained doctors, nurses and pharma salespeople. This has given me a thorough understanding of branding, marketing, sales and how to run teams.
