Meet Amanda Baines

I started working with Toni & Guy salons in 2004.  Since then I have worked with several franchisees, helping them to create happy, busy and profitable salons.  Some of these franchisees have grown their business and opened more salons.  Some of the senior staff I coached,  have themselves gone on to become franchisees.

Personally, I get tremendous satisfaction from seeing salon owners go from strength to strength, as together we get the very best out of their team, through training and one to one coaching.

Before I focused on business coaching, I worked for several marketing and sales promotion agencies based in London.  During this time I found myself increasingly helping clients with their communication and leadership skills in order to successfully manage their teams.

I have a degree in English and Drama from London University, and really enjoy giving lively presentations and running workshops that are both effective and fun.

Prior to working with Toni & Guy, I spent five wonderful years living in Madrid.  I am now based in Hampshire with my husband and two children.
