I really enjoy giving lively talks and running workshops that are both effective and fun. Recently we gave a presentation at Salon Smart Glasgow which is Creative HEAD's networking event for salon owners. One of the biggest challenges you face as a salon owner is how to keep your team motivated and how to deal with your difficult staff. That's why our presentation was called "How to get people to do what you want"
