Meet Nick Siddle

BlogphotoMy passion is helping people find how to significantly increase the profit in their business while working smarter, not harder. I get two sorts of buzz from this - helping salon owners or franchisees to be effective leaders and working with their teams to really raise their game, financially.

I have been training and coaching for 20 years. This started as a part time extra activity when I was working in the NHS. I found myself doing more and more until it took over all my time: for the last 12 years it has been my main focus.

I have worked for international agencies and alongside marketing and sales departments in large pharmaceutical companies and trained doctors, nurses and pharma salespeople. This has given me a thorough understanding of branding, marketing, sales and how to run teams.

I spent 12 months helping write the leadership program for the Institute of Human Development and learnt a great deal about what makes one leader succeed and another fail.

What are my personal strengths? Well I have a strategic brain, an enthusiasm for new ideas (and indeed any ideas); and an ability to relate to people of all types I can help even the trickiest no-hoper succeed. For example my first ever coaching task was to help foreign doctors who were struggling with our exam system. Most of them had failed exams many times, because they did not understand our exam system. Over two hundred “failures” who everyone else had written off went on to pass.

For the last three years I have worked exclusively with people in the hair industry. My goal is to help the industry invent new customer service strategies, help salons be stable and profitable and persuade more salon owners to do as the best do and treat their juniors as the future of the profession.
